Overview
Matt Lintner has extensive experience litigating complex corporate, commercial, and fiduciary matters. Matt represents corporations, directors and officers, and investors in class, derivative, and individual actions involving corporate governance and breach of fiduciary duty. He also represents clients in a wide variety of business tort, trust and contract actions, including trade secret and unfair competition claims.
Matt was appointed by Attorney General Beau Biden to be the Director of the Fraud Division for the Delaware Department of Justice, and in that position was responsible for all civil and criminal enforcement under the securities, antitrust, consumer protection, data security and unfair competition laws in the state. He was also responsible for the prosecution of all corporate fraud, health care fraud and charity fraud in Delaware.
