Lewis Lazarus and Barnaby Grzaslewicz to Moderate and Speak at DSBA Corporation Law Council CLE

Lead Delaware Corporate Law Discussion at Upcoming CLE Event

Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation partners Lewis Lazarus and Barnaby Grzaslewicz will participate in the Delaware State Bar Association's (DSBA) Corporation Law Council annual CLE on October 10, 2024. The event will focus on updates to Delaware corporate law and key transactional issues.

Lewis will moderate “Part 1: Delaware 2024 Corporate Law Update: A Conversation with Practitioners and Delaware Supreme Court Justice Abigail M. LeGrow.” He will lead the discussion alongside a panel that includes Barnaby, who will provide insights into key developments in corporate and fiduciary litigation in the Delaware courts, along with Delaware Supreme Court Justice Abigail M. LeGrow and other distinguished attorneys. The event offers four CLE credits.
