Tiffany’s educational foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an ABA Certified Paralegal Certificate from the University of Villanova. Prior to joining Morris James, she gained valuable experience as an Intellectual Property and Compliance Specialist in a private company, further honing her skills in navigating complex regulatory and transactional matters.
At Morris James, Tiffany provides comprehensive support across expedited and non-expedited corporate litigation cases, including matters in the Delaware Supreme Court, Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and the Complex Commercial Litigation Division. She assists all phases of litigation, from pleadings through discovery and trial, leveraging her knowledge of Delaware Court Rules. Her expertise extends to cite checking and legal research through Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Lex Machina, as well as e-discovery, deposition preparation, and trial technology.
In addition to her litigation support, Tiffany plays an integral role in the M&A team. She assists with all aspects of deal management, including due diligence, preparation and review of corporate filings, and coordination with third parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
