Morris James congratulates Corporate and M&A partner Vincent James Cannizzaro III on being named Adjunct Professor at Villanova University's Charles Widger School of Law. Vince will be teaching Villanova Law's Mergers and Acquisitions course, and he is honored to have the opportunity to share his wisdom and experience with the next generation of transactional attorneys.
A proud alumnus, Vince graduated summa cum laude from Villanova Law in 2013. While at Villanova Law he was Associate Editor of the Law Review. For the past several years, he has served as a faculty member for theJoseph Del Raso Business & Financial Literacy for Lawyers Module. Vince's appointment as an adjunct professor for his alma mater is indicative of the acumen and thought leadership that Vince and other attorneys at Morris James bring to their corporate and transactional work.
