Dante Pavan focuses his practice on complex corporate and financial restructurings.

Dante represents private and public companies, business owners, investors, and other stakeholders in a broad range of bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, particularly complex Chapter 11 cases.

Before joining Morris James, Dante was an Assistant United States Attorney for the District of Delaware. As the primary Bankruptcy and Chancery Court practitioner for the U.S. Attorney’s office, he negotiated and litigated Chapter 11, 13, and 15 cases while representing and collaborating with numerous Federal Departments and Agencies. Dante also served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary F. Walrath of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

While earning his JD, Dante was a judicial law extern for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and a judicial law intern for the Delaware Court of Common Pleas. He also completed the Myron T. Steele Fellowship with the Weinberg Center for Corporate Governance as well as Honorable Thomas L. Ambro Fellowship at the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
