Tara Pakrouh focuses her practice on corporate restructuring and litigating complex commercial disputes that arise in Chapter 11 proceedings, as well as other federal and state court matters. Tara is experienced in representing debtors, committees, lenders, trustees, and other parties-in-interest in the Delaware Bankruptcy Court. Her representations have spanned a wide variety of industries, including blockchain services, investment funds, construction, health care, retail, telecommunications, oil & gas, and transportation.
Tara is renown as a trailblazer in crypto currency bankruptcies, representing ad hoc groups, litigation targets, and creditors in high-profile proceedings.
Prior to joining Morris James, Tara worked as a corporate restructuring attorney for a Chambers USA-ranked Delaware law firm. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
