Chuck Kunz has served as a bankruptcy and creditors’ rights attorney for over 25 years. He is an experienced attorney with a reputation for providing clients with tenacious and skilled representation.

Chuck represents secured and unsecured creditors, asset purchasers, insurance companies, intellectual property licensors and licensees, lenders, debtors, and creditors’ committees in complex bankruptcy, restructuring, and creditors’ rights matters.
