He represents companies in commercial disputes and litigates business contract claims. He serves as Delaware counsel in insurance coverage actions. He represents both insured and self-insured companies in defending personal injury complex tort matters and wrongful death actions, including premises liability, motor vehicle, and products liability claims. He also represents companies in property damage and contract claims.
David received his BA from Ursinus College. He earned his JD, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law, where he also received a Certification in Specialized Legal Studies in Trial Advocacy and served as President of The Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He earned his LLM in Trial Advocacy with honors from Temple University.
David served as an adjunct faculty member for both the LLM in Trial Advocacy Program at Temple University’s Beasley School of Law and for NITA, the National Institute for Trial Advocacy. He founded the High School Mock Trial team for MOT Charter High School.
Mr. Soldo currently serves as Chair of the Delaware Superior Court Rules Committee. He is a former Chair of the Delaware State Bar Association Litigation Section, and continues as an active member. He also served as a Chair of the Communications Committee for the Combined Campaign for Justice, which helps raise money to provide free legal services to low income individuals in Delaware. He is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court and the American Bar Association, Business Law Section and Litigation Section.
He is certified as an arbitrator and mediator for civil matters, including personal injury cases by the Delaware Superior Court.
