Josh Meyeroff represents injured persons in medical malpractice and negligence suits in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Josh is a seasoned litigator, who has tried numerous cases to verdict and has obtained many successful results.

Prior to representing injured persons, Josh defended healthcare providers and hospitals in medical malpractice claims. His experience includes successful litigation outcomes involving wrongful death, birth injuries, surgical errors, failures to diagnose health issues–like cancer, and other serious medical issues. He has also worked with clinicians in a number of medical specialties, including primary care, family medicine, surgery, cardiology, and radiology. As a litigator, he is able to achieve successful results for his clients due to his hard-work, attention to detail, and focus on obtaining the best outcomes.

After many years, and after seeing numerous people who had been injured through no fault of their own, Josh realized that he could do more good by helping those who had been injured through the medical negligence of others. As a result, Josh decided to change the focus of his practice. He believes that his experience and knowledge of working on the defense side for many years has not only made him a better lawyer, but also gives him a unique insight into the tactics used by defendants to seek to deny or minimize compensation to injured persons. This allows him to anticipate and address those during the pendency of a case so that he can achieve the best results for those who have been harmed by the negligence of healthcare providers.

Josh knows that these matters are deeply personal and important to his clients, and he and his team make sure that they are available to address any concerns or questions that may arise. Injured persons and families who have lost loved ones have any number of difficult and traumatic issues, and Josh does whatever he can to ease his clients’ worries.
