She assists with a wide variety of matters in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for the firm such as patent, copyright, and trademark litigation as well as ANDA litigation.

Katie supports our intellectual property practice by drafting and filing pleadings, managing dockets and calendars, assisting with hearing and trial preparation, case workflow management, service of discovery, communication with co-counsel and clients as well as conducting research. She is well versed in Delaware local court procedures as well as e-filing processes and requirements for CM/ECF used in the federal courts.
