With nearly 15 years of HR experience, Michelle leads the firm’s Human Resources department and is responsible for staffing, recruiting, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and training and development while ensuring compliance with the firm’s employment policies. She holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and is certified in Mental Health First Aid.
