Pam assists in the structuring and organization of statutory and common law trusts, limited liability companies, and other Delaware business entities in commercial and business transactions such as leveraged leases and asset-backed securitizations. In connection with Morris James’ transactional practices, Pam regularly assists with the preparation of complicated legal opinions on matters concerning Delaware law, and generally handles all document management for each transaction. She has extensive experience in transactions involving commercial and private aircraft.
In addition, Pam routinely handles a variety of corporate filings with the office of the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware, certification of documents for use in foreign countries, Uniform Commercial Code filings in the State of Delaware and corporate recordkeeping.
