She supports teams representing creditors’ committees, individual creditors, plan administrators, liquidating trustees, and other interested parties in complex Chapter 11 cases and related adversarial proceedings. Prior to joining Morris James, she developed and enhanced her research and writing skills clerking for the Hon. William C. Carpenter Jr. (Ret.) of the Superior Court of Delaware and interning for the Hon. Meghan A. Adams of the Superior Court of Delaware.
While pursuing her J.D., Siena worked as a Certified Legal Intern for the Veterans Law Clinic, was a Moot Court Honors Society member, and served as an active board member of the Student Bar Association. Siena received her B.A. in History from Bloomsburg University in 2019 with a triple minor in Legal Studies, Middle Eastern Studies, and Sociology, which she attended while serving as captain of the women’s varsity tennis team.
