Drawing on her experience in government, political campaigns and community-based advocacy, Sophie helps clients achieve legislative and administrative objectives ranging from changes in State law, to shaping executive policy. In addition to day-to-day representation in Legislative Hall, Sophie evaluates policy proposals, tracks pending bills, engages on public policy matters, and facilitates stakeholder engagement. She also offers assistance with grant writing and procurement initiatives.
Sophie helps clients formulate a coherent advocacy or government relations strategy for all levels of Delaware government, stay informed, react to a shifting policy environment, and implement state programs. She is also available to partner with clients on engagement with Delaware’s federal delegation to Congress.
