Her representations have spanned a wide variety of industries, including blockchain services, investment funds, construction, health care, retail, telecommunications, oil & gas, and transportation.
Tara is renown as a trailblazer in crypto currency bankruptcies, representing ad hoc groups, litigation targets, and creditors in high-profile proceedings.
Prior to joining Morris James, Tara worked as a corporate restructuring attorney for a Chambers USA-ranked Delaware law firm. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
