Often one of the first points of contact for candidates, Victoria coordinates recruiting activities and helps create a responsive, organized experience from initial outreach through interviews and onboarding. She works closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and administrative teams to coordinate candidate communications, schedules, recruiting programs, and other details that keep the process moving.
Victoria also plays an active role in the firm’s Summer Associate Program, helping coordinate the experiences that give law students an opportunity to understand both the work and the people behind Morris James. Her involvement extends from program logistics and scheduling to events and opportunities for summer associates to build relationships with lawyers across the firm.
Before joining Morris James, Victoria developed experience that informs her practical, people-focused approach to recruiting and professional development. She earned a paralegal certificate from Delaware Law School, where she was a member of the Lambda Epsilon Chi Honor Society.
For candidates considering Morris James, Victoria serves as a resource throughout the recruiting process, helping answer questions, make connections, and provide a clear view of what to expect.
