Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate Attorney

Morris James LLP seeks applications for an attorney in its Wilmington, Delaware office with 5-8 years of relevant experience to join its dynamic and sophisticated Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in all phases of Chapter 11 proceedings, representing debtors, lenders, official committees, and discrete creditors. Applicants should have experience drafting documents, such as motions and briefs, with strong legal research and writing skills, and demonstrate superior communication, oral advocacy, and organizational skills. Candidates must be admitted to practice in Delaware. A financial or business background is a plus.
