Morris James is pleased to announce the promotion of Kirsten Zeberkiewicz to Counsel in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Litigation group.
Kirsten focuses her practice on litigation involving corporations and alternative entities formed under Delaware law. She handles corporate governance and complex commercial litigation matters involving fiduciary duty claims, contract disputes, M&A challenges, and summary proceedings in the Delaware Court of Chancery and the Delaware Supreme Court.
"Kirsten is an exceptional attorney within our litigation practice group," says Albert Manwaring, Chair of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Litigation group. "She joined us with previous experience as a trial attorney at a New York AmLaw100 firm and a Delaware law firm and has continued to expand her knowledge and experience at Morris James. Through her excellent legal capabilities and commitment to client service, this promotion is well-deserved. I congratulate Kirsten on this professional milestone and look forward to her continued success at Morris James."
In addition to her practice, Kirsten is a contributing author to Morris James' Delaware Business Litigation Report, a blog of all recent and significant Delaware corporate and commercial law decisions. Kirsten earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, cum laude, in 2002. She holds a B.A., magna cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University.
