Partner Matthew Fogg Discusses the Multi-District Litigation against Aziyo Biologics and Medtronic Regarding Tainted Fibercel Bone Grafts

Partner Matthew Fogg discusses the nationwide lawsuits against Aziyo Biologics, Inc. and Medtronic, Inc. and the recall of tainted FiberCel surgical bone-graft implants. One hundred thirteen surgical patients in 20 states received human bone-graft material that was infected with tuberculosis resulting in serious complications, infections and, in some cases, death.

Morris James, in partnership with co-counsel Saltz Mongeluzzi & Bendesky, are investigating this nationwide outbreak to determine the source of the tuberculosis inflection in the bone-grafts so that we can prevent this from happening again.
