Lewis Lazarus to Moderate Delaware Corporation Law Council CLE

Corporate and Fiduciary Litigation partner Lewis Lazarus will moderate the Delaware State Bar Association's (DSBA) Corporation Law Council annual CLE on October 14, 2025. The event will focus on updates to Delaware corporate law and key transactional issues.

Lewis will moderate a session titled “Delaware Corporate Law 2025: Developments and Trends.” He will lead the discussion with a distinguished panel of Delaware practitioners and the Hon. Lori W. Will, Vice Chancellor of the Delaware Court of Chancery. The Panel will provide insights into key developments in corporate and fiduciary litigation in the Delaware courts, The event offers four CLE credits.
