Morris James is pleased to announce the addition of Jackson Nestor and Nate Greenlee as Associates with our Bankruptcy & Restructuring and Real Estate practices. Jackson will support teams representing creditors’ committees, individual creditors, plan administrators, liquidating trustees, and other interested parties in complex Chapter 11 cases and related adversarial proceedings. Nate will focus his practice on real property, land use, and related litigation, counseling clients through disputes arising from land use, title issues, easements, boundary conflicts, and common interest communities. Both Nate and Jackson began their tenures with Morris James as Summer Associates in 2024.

Jackson previously served as an intern in the Superior Court of Delaware, first for President Judge Jan R. Jurden and then for the Hon. Vivian Medinilla. Jackson also interned in the Family Court Division of the Delaware Department of Justice. While pursuing his juris doctorate from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Jackson participated in the Civil Justice Clinic, providing pro bono legal services to low-income individuals throughout the greater Philadelphia area. While an undergraduate student at the University of Maryland, he served as a member of the Criminal Justice Student Association, engaging in community service projects, career and internship fairs, and agency demonstrations.

Nate interned for the Court of Chancery in Georgetown, Delaware, working with Hon. Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock III and Hon. Vice Chancellor Bonnie W. David (then Magistrate in Chancery).  He also spent a semester as a legal extern to Hon. Judge Mark H. Conner with the Delaware Superior Court, drafting legal orders and memoranda. Nate earned his J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School and served as Managing Counsel of External Affairs for the Transactional Law Honor Society, President of the First-Generation Law Student Association, and a mentor in the 1L Mentorship Program.

Jackson and Nate bring diverse legal experience as well as sophisticated knowledge of Delaware law and its judicial system. Their insight and skills will enhance our ability to deliver practical, cost-effective legal strategies for our clients.
