Allyson Britton to Speak at Delaware SHRM's Accessibility at Work Summit

Allyson Britton will be a featured speaker at an upcoming event for business leaders who have fostered strategic and pragmatic approaches to workplace accommodation. Hosted by the Delaware Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Accessibility at Work Summit is an opportunity for organizations that are leading the way in building inclusive professional environments to share actionable ideas and peer insights. Allyson's presentation will focus on engaging in the interactive process under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), a mandatory, good-faith dialogue between an employer and employee(s) to identify and implement reasonable workplace accommodations. The Summit will take place on Wednesday, June 3, from 8:30 AM to Noon ET at the Goldey-Beacom College Event Center.
