In addition to having the legal experience needed to help with your legal needs, we also understand the limited capital of pre-revenue and early stage start-up companies. We work with start-ups to provide legal services at a cost that works for the capital that may be available to a start-up.
For qualifying companies, we provide a discount of 30% to our standard corporate rates for the first year of your engagement with us. Whether a company qualifies for the discount is determined on a case-by-case basis, but typically such acompany is within its first few years of operations, is pre-revenue (or has little revenue to date), and has not yet had a significant capital raise round.
