Chris has the knowledge needed to efficiently advocate for his clients. He provides innovative legal strategies and tactics to recover maximum compensation for his clients who are hurt or injured by the negligence of others or companies.
Prior to joining Morris James, Chris focused his practice on representing individuals in lemon law and breach of warranty claims against automobile manufacturers, and personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He gained valuable legal experience managing all aspects of personal injury and workers’ compensation matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence. Chris successfully tried lemon law cases to verdict within the Maryland Circuit Court and has argued before the Delaware Supreme Court and Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
Chris is admitted to practice in Delaware, Maryland, Colorado, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He has been honored by his peers and recognized by Delaware Today Magazine as a “Top Lawyer” numerous times. He is also a past President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and past Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Notre Dame, where he earned his Varsity monogram as a member of the Track and Field team. He earned his law degree, cum laude, from Widener University School of Law.
