Raised in Sussex County, Delaware, Ross is a second-generation attorney with both his mother and father practicing in Delaware. With extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He has successfully represented numerous clients in cases involving vehicles, trucking, boating, and work-related accidents.
Prior to joining Morris James, he gained valuable litigation experience as part of the Office of Defense Services, where he rose through the ranks in Family Court, the Court of Common Pleas, and Superior Court in Kent County and New Castle County, ultimately litigating first chair on capital murder cases. Ross also has experience with the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and Delaware House of Representatives in writing and advocating for legislation impacting the rights of personal injury victims.
