Morris James Announces Key Leadership Changes

Morris James is pleased to announce important and strategic changes to its leadership structure as it prepares for another successful year. 

After 20 years of serving as the Chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group, Partner Steve Miller has decided to step down from his role to focus on his growing practice and client base. Steve has been an integral part of the group’s growth and success over the years. His leadership and vision have transformed the group and positioned Morris James as a leading firm for bankruptcy and insolvency matters in Delaware. 

In parallel, the firm has appointed Partner Chuck Kunz to serve as the new Chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Group. Chuck brings with him more than 25 years of experience representing clients in a wide range of matters relating to business restructuring and insolvency. He is an experienced attorney with a reputation for providing clients with tenacious and skilled representation.

Additionally, Partner Eric Monzo has been elected to serve on the firm’s Executive Committee. In his role, Eric will partner with the firm's leadership to advance Morris James’ commitment to collaboration, innovation, and client service.
