Ashley focuses her practice on personal injury law, with a strong emphasis on client advocacy and delivering successful outcomes. With her extensive experience drafting motions and briefs, conducting in-depth legal research on complicated issues, and preparing cases for settlement or trial, Ashley delivers strategic and results-driven representation tailored to every client’s needs. Ashley takes pride in guiding clients through each stage of the legal process, providing clear communication, unwavering support, and effective advocacy to help them achieve their desired results.
Ashley earned her J.D., cum laude, from Widener University Delaware Law School, where she served as a Staff Editor for the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and was awarded the Gold Superior Editor Award for her overall performance in the staff substantive editing process. Additionally, Ashley interned with Widener’s Veterans Law Clinic, providing free legal representation to low-income and disabled veterans. She was also an active member of the First-Generation Law Student Association and the Women’s Law Caucus.
Before joining Morris James, Ashley worked at several notable Delaware law firms, most recently handling asbestos, personal injury, and mass tort cases. Ashley received her B.A. in History from the University of Delaware and is proud to serve the community where her roots are.
