Delaware Today and Delaware Business Times recognized Morris James Chief Operating Officer Sherry Perna as a 2020 Top Woman in Business. The Women in Business celebration annually recognizes the efforts of the area’s top 35 businesswomen who are making notable contributions to their professions and communities.
