Kimberly Hoffman will speak about special zoning issues as a panelist for a National Business Institute (NBI) Seminar "Practical Guide to Zoning and Land Use Law." Ms. Hoffman will discuss topics on exclusionary zoning, contract zoning, conditional zoning, local economic development, smart growth, The Religious Land Use and Institutionalized Persons Act and Historic Preservation and Overlay District Zoning. The program will include information on how to facilitate positive outcomes by understanding key components of the approval process, procedures for challenging a zoning decision, as well as requirements for administrative approach.
