Morris James is proud to sponsor the third annual Great Futures Gala held on June 11. All proceeds from the Great Futures Gala fundraising event will support the upcoming expansion of the Oak Orchard-Riverdale Boys & Girls Club. The total phase one expansion project costs are estimated at approximately $1M.The planned expansion will provide an additional 4,530 square feet to the existing space, nearly doubling the size of the current building. The Great Futures Fund seeks to expand the current space at this club in order to serve more Sussex County children and families. The waiting list of families and children who need these services continues to grow everyday which is why the expansion will add much needed supplemental classroom space, bathrooms, an art room and offices and storage.
The Great Futures Fund is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation whose mission is to support the safety, education and future of the youth in Delaware by supporting the local Boys & Girls Club organizations and the work that they do every day.
