Michelle R. Spitelli

Michelle Spitelli is the Director of Human Resources. Her role includes building HR strategy, recruiting, training and development, and enforcing the firm's employment policies. She has her MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University and is certified in Mental Health First Aid. She is known for being skilled at building employee-centric cultures, enhancing employee morale and well-being, increasing engagement, and optimizing productivity.

Michelle joins Morris James with over five years of experience as the Manager of Human Resources Operations at a well-respected Delaware law firm. Additionally, she has experience as an HR Generalist, where she undertook a broad range of HR-related responsibilities and has experience as a Co-owner/Operator of a business where she optimized and managed day-to-day operations.
