International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution Names Lewis Lazarus as a Distinguished Neutral

Partner Lewis Lazarus has been named a Distinguished Neutral for arbitrations and mediations by the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR). In this role, Lewis joins nationally and internationally prominent attorneys, retired state and federal judges, academics, and highly-skilled business executives, legal experts, and ADR professionals who are particularly qualified to resolve complex business disputes. Focusing in 20+ business practice areas, CPR’s arbitrators and mediators have provided resolutions in thousands of cases, with billions of dollars at issue, worldwide.

CPR is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes the prevention and resolution of conflict to resolve disputes by leveraging the resources generated by the leaders who participate in the CPR Institute. The organization navigates a global prevention and dispute resolution culture through the thought leadership of its diverse member companies, leading mediators and arbitrators, law firms, individual practitioners, and academics. The CPR Institute convenes Committees to share best practices and develop innovative tools while connecting thought leaders through global, regional, and smaller events. Lewis Lazarus is a Partner in the Morris James' Corporate and Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on corporate governance and commercial matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery. His alternative dispute resolution experience includes service as an arbitrator in complex commercial disputes and as a mediator for corporate and commercial disputes, often at the request of parties or the Court for matters in the Court of Chancery.
