Bankruptcy and Restructuring Chair Eric Monzo will be speaking at this year’s 2023 Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop on August 7-9 in Bedford, PA.
Eric will be joined by Kimberly Brown (Landis Ruth & Cobb LLP), the Honorable Michael Kaplan (U.S. Bankruptcy Court), Timothy Martin (Huron Consulting Group), and Moderator Ferve Khan (BakerHosteler) on the panel titled "The Aftermath of the Crypto Winter: A Discussion of Current Key Issues and the Future of Crypto Bankruptcies”. The concurrent workshop will be on Wednesday, August 9 from 9:30-10:45 a.m.
The panel will explore the latest, most pressing issues being battled out in crypto bankruptcies, including creditor sealing, forfeiture, and regulatory issues, and will discuss future prospects and potential issues on the horizon for crypto bankruptcies.
