Morris James Donates to Beebe Medical Foundation's COVID-19 Relief Fund

Morris James donated $5,000 to Beebe Medical Foundation’s COVID-19 Relief Fund, which helps cover medical equipment, supplies, and costs directly associated with patient care to support healthcare professionals on the front lines of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

On April 21, 2020, Keith Donovan, Managing Partner at Morris James, presented the check to Dr. David Tam, President and CEO of of Beebe Healthcare and Tom Protack, President of Beebe Medical Foundation.

“Our gift grew to this wonderful amount because several partners asked others in our practice to join in and support Beebe, too,” said Keith Donovan, Managing Partner at Morris James. “I am so very proud of our team and their generous support of Beebe - our community based, not-for-profit healthcare system.”

The Foundation also launched the Crush Corona Challenge to raise donations for Beebe Healthcare employees. For every donation made to the #CrushCorona initiative, the Foundation will purchase restaurant gift certificates in $25 increments from local restaurants to give to their staff. The goal is to raise enough gifts cards so that ever single one of their 2,900 employees will be able to get one hot meal after a long shift.
