Significantly Expanding Its Real Estate and Land Use Practice

Today Morris James announced the addition of partner A. Kimberly Hoffman in its Real Estate and Land Use practice. Well known in Wilmington and surrounding areas for managing a broad spectrum of commercial real estate matters, Kimberly represents a diverse group of local and national developers, property owners, and institutions. Kimberly is recognized as one of “America’s Notable Lawyers in Land Use and Zoning” by Chambers USA. Also joining the firm’s Real Estate and Land Use practice is James A. Landon. Jim will handle transactional and land use matters for the group. Practice Group Coordinator Adele Hoddinott and Real Estate Assistant Marisol Tackett have also become an essential part of the group's administrative team.
