Morris James partner David J. Soldo participated in a panel discussion at the ALFA International 2018 Transportation Practice Group Seminar on May 4, 2018. The session titled The Post Accident Response—How To Win (Or Lose) Your Case In The First 12 Hours focused on forming team members and the skills needed and actions to be taken in the first few hours at the scene of the accident, which are among the most important pieces that make or break a successful defense. The panel provided a best practices checklist, and shared alternative strategies on what has and has not worked for them.
Dave focuses his practice on business contract disputes and defending personal injury claims. He represents both insured and self-insured companies in defending personal injury complex tort matters and wrongful death actions, including premises liability, motor vehicle, and products liability claims. Dave serves as Chair of the Delaware Superior Court Rules Committee and is a member of the Richard S. Rodney Inn of Court.
