The Delaware Supreme Court has appointed Lewis H. Lazarus, a partner in Morris James' Corporate and Business Litigation Group, to serve as Vice-Chair of the Board on Professional Responsibility. Mr. Lazarus was originally appointed to the Board on Professional Responsibility in August, 2007.
The Board on Professional Responsibility is comprised of both members of the public and members of the Delaware Bar in good standing. The Board's main purpose is to assess petitions reviewed by the Preliminary Review Committee regarding allegations of unprofessional conduct by an attorney.
