The Delaware Supreme Court has appointed Lewis H. Lazarus, a partner in Morris James' Corporate and Business Litigation Group and Gretchen Knight, a partner in Morris James' Family Law and Governmental Relations Group, to serve on the Board on Professional Responsibility.
The Board on Professional Responsibility is comprised of both members of the public and members of the Delaware Bar in good standing. Each member of the Board is appointed to a term of three years. The Board's main responsibility is to assess petitions reviewed by the Preliminary Review Committee regarding allegations of unprofessional conduct by an attorney.
