Stephen M. Miller to Speak at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s 11th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop on August 7th

Steve Miller, Chair of the firm's Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights Group, will participate in a panel titled "Reading Between the Lines: Writing-Based Focus (Drafting Agreements)" at the 11th Annual Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop on Friday, August 7, 2015. This panel will focus on planning and drafting agreements, best practices, avoiding common pitfalls, and successful strategies and approaches.

The workshop will take place at Hotel Hershey in Hershey, Pennsylvania from August 6th-8th, 2015.
