Lewis Lazarus Appointed Vice-Chair of Business Law Section of ABA's Directors and Officers Liability Committee

At the annual meeting of the American Bar Association in Toronto, Lewis Lazarus was appointed Vice-Chair of the Directors and Officers Liability Sub-Committee of the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association. The sub-committee keeps members abreast of significant developments in the legal landscape affecting officers and directors of American corporations and also publishes model forms and other materials that might assist practitioners.
