Delaware Hospice has secured approval of its plan to construct a 24 bed hospice center in Pike Creek despite opposition.
The final vote of New Castle County Council took place on October 10, 2012.
Hoffman also recently won zoning approval for a 164 bed in-patient rehabilitation facility on Silverside Road which is now under construction.
