The Marvin S. Gilman Superstars in Business Awards, named for one of Delaware’s leading small business entrepreneurs, honors businesses and non-profit organizations for their outstanding achievements and model approaches to business and management. CBS Senior White House Correspondent Bill Plante was the keynote speaker at the awards program which was held at the Hotel DuPont's Gold Ballroom.
