Richard K. Hermann, a partner in Morris James' Intellectual Property Group, has been appointed by the Delaware Supreme Court to serve as Chair of the Commission on Continuing Legal Education. The Commission oversees educational programs that allow attorneys and members of the judiciary to maintain their legal proficiency. Members of the Commission are appointed to a term of three years.
