Morris James proudly sponsored the American Heart Association's (AHA) Heart & Stroke Ball annual event, held on April 14, 2023, at the Hyatt Place Dewey Beach. The ball celebrated the AHA's leadership and work in the Delaware community, which includes funding research, supporting community health, and improving medical institutions. The event featured live auctions, keynote speakers, and heart and stroke survivor stories.
The AHA is the oldest and largest voluntary organization in the country dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke. With more than 40 million volunteers and supporters, the AHA funds innovative research, advocates for stronger public health policies, and provides critical tools and information to save and improve lives in Delaware communities.
