Morris James welcomes Michelle Spitelli to the firm as the Director of Human Resources, effective January 15, 2024. Michelle will greatly support building HR strategy, recruiting, training and development, and enforcing the firm's employment policies.
Michelle will also build an employee-centric culture, enhance employee morale and well-being, increase engagement, and optimize productivity. She joins Morris James with over five years of experience in human resources operations at a well-respected Delaware law firm.
