Morris James proudly supports the Delaware State Bar Association's 27th Annual Delaware Minority Job Fair (DMJF) at the Delaware Law School on August 4, 2018.
The DMJF was originally founded by a consortium of employers in the Delaware legal market who were committed to promoting diversity and inclusion in the Delaware bar by encouraging second and third year law school students to pursue careers in Delaware. The DMJF distinguishes itself from other job fairs in that students must be invited to attend. In return, invited students received considerably more individualized attention and improved career leads.
