Carl "Chuck" N. Kunz, III will present on planning for cyber incidents at the 2017 Delaware Trust Conference. This year's conference focuses on the unique advantages of the Delaware Trust environment. Mr. Kunz co-chairs Morris James' Data Privacy and Information Governance Group. He advises companies and clients on data security, data management, privacy and appropriate exercise of fiduciary duties when dealing with privacy and data management issues. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and is a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
