The book serves as a comprehensive guide examining the intersection between the statutory and regulatory scheme governing approval of generic pharmaceuticals and US patent law in the context of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation. ANDA Litigation focuses both on the current and developing law as well as the strategies and tactics employed by the litigants. With a focus on current and developing law, as well as practical strategies and tactics for litigation, it covers all steps in the litigation process.

Ken is the Chair of the Intellectual Property Practice at Morris James. He is a registered patent attorney and represents corporate clients and the interests of outside counsel in a wide variety of complex commercial matters, including patent, trademark, trade secret, and copyright litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution in the District of Delaware.
