On October 8, 2020, Partner Jeff Waxman was a featured speaker at the Delaware State Bar Association CLE "Fundamentals of Civil Litigation 2020," which provided an overview of civil litigation best practices for each of the courts in Delaware.
Joined by The Honorable Karen B. Skomorucha Owens of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the program focused on the fundamentals of litigating contested matters and adversary proceedings before the bankruptcy court.
At Morris James, Jeff represents debtors, official committees of unsecured creditors, official committees of equity holders, secured creditors, plan administrators, liquidating trustees, purchasers of assets, and a wide variety of creditor constituencies and interested parties in Chapter 11 cases.
