Jonathan G. Strauss is a member of the firm’s Business Transactions Group. He counsels clients on the use of limited liability companies, statutory and common law trusts, partnerships, and other entities in complex financing transactions, and provides third-party legal opinions regarding Delaware law. Jonathan is a graduate of The Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law and is admitted to practice law in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
